Brief Role:

We’re hiring a Principal Materials Scientist to take a key leadership role in shaping our core technology. You won’t just be running experiments – you’ll be driving the materials R&D roadmap for a product that can transform global industry. This is a high-ownership, high-impact position at the heart of our deep-tech mission.

Experience: 7–15 years
Qualification: PhD / M.Tech / B.Tech in Materials Science or equivalent

🌱 Your Role:

  • Lead materials selection, testing, and optimization for ultra-high-temperature systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to shape core product design
  • Translate lab-scale insights into robust, scalable industrial solutions

✨ What we’re looking for:

  • PhD or Master’s in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in high temp materials
  • Strong first-principles thinking, hands-on experimentation, and execution ability
  • Deep conviction in climate impact and a hunger to build something that lasts
